Why you may be wondering? Well a few weeks ago I was riding my bike and it felt that I had a flat. I would fill it up to the proper psi and it still felt like I was riding on a flat. Went to the LBS and he said everything felt normal. That's when I noticed the bludge on the sidewall. Thinking I could just swap out tires I stripped the tires and grabbed the ones from my old road bike. They don't fit.
I had to go back and order tires for the bike which will take about a week to 2 depending on the order going in. So I've got No wheels for another week or so means no open road rides with the group on these nice warm days. No riding during the weekends because of my kids classes I teach. I don't want to just be stuck to the spin bikes for the next 2+ weeks until I can get everything done. Grrrrrrrrrr.
Anyways I can't be to upset as I have some great running partners who help me keep pace when needed. Love having my kids to run/bike with me when I take them to school. Going to keep it up and use them to help me train for this years triathlon.
