A bit of a rant.

Something that just burns me happened to me today. I am bike less for the next week so instead of stopping my kids from riding their bikes I run along with them.

Today I ran to school and on my way home I was passed by a guy riding his Mtn bike hand less & smoking a cigarette. As he passed me he blew smoke in my face and flipped his smoke just in front of me. I yelled out at him and he flipped me off. So I picked up my pace a bit and let my Tourette's come out a bit and cursed his ass out.

Just pisses me off that people would just do shit like that. But I did get in almost 2 km running.
